Full Length At Home HIIT Workout – 46 Minutes

Today’s workout is a full length at home HIIT workout. We are getting in a full body workout from home today with Two circuits, 4 rounds each. 40 seconds work + 20 seconds rest for a total of 46 minutes Owww oww! Try it out and let me know what you think 🙂
